In July 2014 Otis Armada put on our first seasonal dining event in a former motorcycle workshop in Carlton. The premise was simple: engineer a sublime evening in which first-class food, wine, music and art all play the role of protagonist. No single element was allowed to take precedence.
For our Spring 2014 dinner, the same rules applied. We shed our winter coats, and encouraged diners to play with their food.
